A former art teacher, Micheal Buck, built a fully eco friendly home in Oxford, England. He used all natural materials, and amazingly not a single power tool. From start to finish this green home took him two years to build, by himself. The little home has a hobbit style, running water, living room, kitchen, bunk beds, and wood burning stoves to keep the home warm in the colder months. It is an absolutely stunning proclamation of what can be done with things we naturally find from the earth. Michael now rents out the home to a woman that works on a neighboring dairy farm, and allows her to pay her rent in milk.
